Contact form

First name, email, subject and message: only to reply to you and prepare a possible collaboration.

Messages arrive in Mambo's professional mailbox (Gmail) and in her private follow-up space, where a contact card may be created to prepare a collaboration (organisation, dates, notes).

This information is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Audience measurement

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies: pages viewed, country, device type.

These figures are aggregated and anonymous. They can neither identify you nor follow you on other websites.

Video shop

Account: your email (sign-in by link, no password) and your purchases, handled with Supabase.

Payment: Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never pass through this website.

Video playback: Mux.

Your account is kept while it is active. Purchase records are kept for ten years, as required by law.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies.

Only a sign-in cookie is set when you open your shop account. It is essential to the service, so it needs no consent.

Service providers

Vercel (hosting), Google (Gmail mailbox), Supabase (accounts and follow-up space), Stripe (payment), Mux (videos).

Some are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards of the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Your data is never sold or rented.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or take a copy. Write to mambo.flow.pro@gmail.com: reply within one month.

If you disagree, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
